Fantastic facilities and amenities, including a range of dining options and a gym, spa, and swimming pool. Helpful and well-trained staff, with good English language skills.- Convenient location in the city center, with easy access to public and private transport.- Numerous nearby restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and entertainment options.- The breakfast buffet was a standout, with a wide range of delicious food and excellent service
The shower design in the room could lead to the rest of the bathroom getting wet. The spa services are not complimentary for hotel guests and the attendant seemed distracted

Good location, choice of restaurants, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Found it very noisy. The first night at 11/12pm I could hear noise from the street 20 floors down, the people next door, the lift, the people above, and even at times the corridor music. They did turn the corridor music off in the late evening after I complained.

Its location was very convenient, within an easy walk to the main part of the shopping area and Tain Ye square. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was tidy and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist us with a smile. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying both Eastern and Western tastes. the hotel also had great facilities, including a large pool and a well-equipped gym.
There was no nearby shopping area to explore.

Room very nice, staff ok ( a bit more english knowledge would be nice), brekfast fantastic.
Sauna to be paid extra is not nice for a 5 star hotel, it would be better to have included in the room rate.

Great hotel for business travelers! Spacious and quiet rooms with amazing city views. Quick and reliable internet provided for free. the breakfast had a good variety and was included in the room rate.
The hotel staff did not speak much English, but they made up for it with their helpfulness and willingness to assist us. the hotel's location was a bit far from downtown, but the taxi ride was affordable and we still managed to explore the city easily.

i was initially booked into this hotel for 4 nights but checked out after 2 as the rooms were too hot and the airconditioning unit were not working.the hotel said they couldnt help except a fan. i have stayed at Nanyuan many times but think that maybe it is getting a bit old and things are not working so well. i will not stay again.
